Automatic Coilers > CS2
The full automatic coilers of the CS2 line are high-performance systems capable of making high quality and precise coils. The whole process is controlled by an intuitive dedicated software with the possibility of remote control, and compliant to the requirements for “Smart factory &Transition 4.0” protocol.
The innovative CS2 system consists
of two winding reels, a pipe-guide, the cutting device and a strapping unit
which allows the coil to be packaged using straps. A 90° rotation of the reel
after packaging, allows the horizontal delivery of the coil on a conveyor belt.
All the modules of the CS2 system are anchored to a welded steel structure,
robust, long-lasting, resistant, stable, easily movable and transportable.
