The CSZ101 model is a full automatic, high-performance system capable of making high quality and precise coils (max OD 900mm). Complete the system, an intuitive dedicated software with the possibility of remote control, compliant to the requirements for “Smart factory & Transition 4.0” protocol.
The CSZ101 system consists of two workstations: winding and packaging.
The first station is made up by the pipe-guide and the cutting device, the two reels are mounted on a carousel that can rotate, allowing the transfer of the coil from the winding station to the packaging station and vice versa. The exchange solution, by means of a carousel, minimizes the time between the cutting of the square-footage pipe and the hooking of the pipe at the beginning of a new coil.
In the second station, there is a strapping unit for packaging of the coil by means of straps. The final ejection of the coil takes place by pushing special pins with the consequent rolling outwards. All the modules of the two working stations are anchored to a welded steel structure, robust, long lasting, stable, resistant, easily movable and transportable.
Buffer system (optional)
The buffering system is an accumulator that can be integrated in the coiling system, and allows to accumulate up to 20 meters of pipe, avoiding its piling up on the ground, and managing the pipe inlet tension. There are two solutions, which differ according to the type of pipe produced: vertical accumulator and linear accumulator.

The final ejection of the coil takes place by rolling outwards. The whole system is anchored to a welded steel structure, robust, long lasting, stable, resistant, easily movable and transportable

The whole process is controlled by an intuitive dedicated software with the possibility of remote control, and compliant to the requirements for “Smart factory & Transition 4.0” protocol.
It consists of a winding station, and a packaging station that allows the
packaging of the coil by means of straps. The final ejection of the coil takes place by sliding outside on a roller conveyor. The whole system is anchored to a welded steel structure, robust, long lasting, stable, resistant, easily movable and transportable.
