CSZ 101 Series
The automatic coilers is composed of two workstations: winding and packaging.
The two reels are mounted on a carousel capable of rotating. Based on the type of pipe and specific customer needs, the pipe guide, cutter, reel e the ejection.
The system can be customized with the addition of our CSZ vertical accumulator and a wide range of options.
CS2 Series
The automatic coilers of CS2 series consists of two workstations: winding and packaging. After the packaging, the reel rotating by 90° allows the produced coil to be ejected horizontally on a conveyor belt.
CSZ 107 Series
The automatic coilers of CSZ107 series is composed of a winding reel, a tube guide with relative cutting devices and a wrapper that allows the reel to be packaged using stretch film. The packaged reel is ejected in a horizontal position.
CSZ 109 Series
The automatic coilers of the CSZ109 series consist of a winding reel, a pipe guide, the cutting device, and two strapping units for packing the coil by means of strapping. The resulting coil is delivered horizontally.
CSZ TNT
The fully automatic CSZ TNT system allows you to cover flexible or rigid pipes with TNT fabric. Synchronization to the extrusion line, ultrasonic welding and double reel loader for maximum productivity.
CSZ Vertical accumulator
The CSZ vertical accumulator can work independently or combined with our automatic systems. The pulleys are made internally to be able to configure them exactly with respect to the tube produced by our customer.
CSZ Uncoiler
Designed to handle large drum with maximum precision and speed. Thanks to a robust structure, it guarantees stable operation even with high loads. Perfect synchronization with the winder ensures continuous and high-quality production.
CSZ Unwind strapping
The CSZ two-roll motorized strapping system ensures continuous, precise and tension-free dispensing.
